I have decided to write this personal letter. Caritas Czech Republic´s mission in Zambia is a well established, strong mission and I enjoy working with our colleagues deployed in Zambia as well as our local team. They are dedicated to their work and the cooperation between the HQ and the mission is smooth, efficient and professional. I appreciate that the mission has build excellent reputation among donors and partners.

As our experienced Head of Programme is going to have a baby soon, we search for another experienced person, who would take over her agenda. The structure of the mission is going to be strengthened, so the position is permament and will not be only maternal leave replacement.

Caritas Czech Republic is now tremendously on track. I am a result-oriented person, loving dynamics, joint creation and inventing - and our Zambian mission is an excellent example how it can function in practice.

In order to continue in our mission´s success, we need your experience and help. We are looking for a partner who is committed to programme management. Someone who would become a strong member of our Zambian mission. Who can think strategically, look for functional solutions and at the same time be a good boss to smart people who are in charge of specific projects.

If you have experience with programme management in an organization, are a good manager able to motivate staff, are you good in proposal writing, relationships with donors, you're the right person for us.

We can offer you respect for your work, a very open and fair approach, trust and joy that things are moving forward. The financial reward will not be as high as in large organizations, but perhaps it will be ok for you.

I believe you will become a great member of our team in Zambia and we can can work together to make things move forward.
