Feedback and complaints

We are encouraged to keep getting better. To achieve this, we want to make sure everyone involved with Caritas Czech Republic, regardless of their status, has an opportunity to speak up. Whether it is a positive feedback or a suspected misconduct, we want to hear about it.

Beneficiaries can provide feedback or raise a complaint through various channels described in the country-specific CCR Complaint and Feedback Mechanism.

All staff and partners can similarly provide feedback or raise a complaint through various channels described in the country-specific CCR Whistleblowing Mechanism. In addition, all CCR staff have an obligation to report any misconduct or policy violation they encounter.
