Caritas Czech Republic supports pre-school education in Chechnya. At the end of May and June 2012, it held the second cycle of seminars on the methodology of preschool education. Representatives of the Chechen Republic government requested the seminars because of good experiences with seminars for teachers from state nurseries. Initiative, a partner organization of Caritas CR, organized the seminar in the Alchan Jurt village.

Four experienced teachers, Aišat, Madina, and Aina Razet, who work in early childhood education centers managed the seminar. Seminars took place over six weeks and about 30 teachers from state schools participated in them.
