Nearly one million people of working age have left Moldova due to high unemployment. Children often grow up without one or both parents and many of them do not attend kindergartens or primary schools, particularly those with disabilities or some other type of disadvantage. Caritas Czech Republic, in cooperation with local teachers, plans to create effective training modules approved both by the Ministry of Education and the National Centre of Psycho-Pedagogical Support. The goal is to ensure access to inclusive education for pre-school children with special educational needs.
