Over the last twenty years, Moldova is facing a shortage of social workers. In the social sector, only two thousand people work. HomeCare Association, therefore, together with the Caritas Czech Republic aims to improve social welfare in the country. For example, both organizations held a training for 84 workers on the provision of home care. Pictures show training in the village of Ocnita.
