Frosts in Mongolia

Frosts in Mongolia are still strong and they caused the next wave of so-called dzud (mass death of livestock due to low temperatures and lack of food).Caritas Mongolia there providing food and material assistance. The government has recently urged the world organizations to provide assistance in the handling of the crisis.
