On Saturday April 9th, the delegation of Mongolian experts from the energy and construction sectors arrived in Prague for a study visit. During which they planned to visit thermal power plants, research institutes and manufacturers of building materials.
Participants of the study visit have the opportunity to get informed about Czech practices and also to possibly establish working contacts with Czech experts and companies.
Among the delegation members there is a representative of the Mongolian Ministry of Environment, a representative of the thermal power plants, the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering at the Mongolian Technical University, the manager of the Centre for Energy Efficiency and three representatives of construction companies.
The ongoing visit is part of the activities of Caritas to support environmentally friendly and energy-efficient materials and processes in the construction industry in Mongolia. This is funded by the European Commission and the Czech Development Agency.
