Farewell to Syrian students as they leave for studies in the Czech Republic

On Tuesday, November 3, 2015 between 11 and 13 o'clock three students heading to university in the Czech Republic had a farewell meeting with the delegation that had come to say goodbye to them. The delegation was consisted of Petra Hladik, the Czech Ambassador in Jordan, Dr. Bohumil Jirkal, the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Czech Republic, workers of Caritas CR and Caritas Jordan.

Caritas Pakistan will provide immediate shelter and warm bedding to 1200 families who survived a deadly earthquake this week in the Hindu Kush region. Pakistan is examining the extent of the damage from Monday morning‘s earthquake and is mobilizing its rescue teams. Prime minister Nawaz Šaríf had ordered civil and military bodies to remain in a high state of emergency. On the morning of October 26th 2015, in the morning, northern Afghanistan was hit by a devastating earthquake measuring 7.5 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was located near the town of Feyzabad, the capital of Badakhshan province in the Hindu Kush region (269 kilometers northeast of Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan).
